In a dynamically changing industry, the backbone of a top real estate brand headed by golbal leaders, Intero Real Estate, a Berkshire Hathaway Home Services affiliate represents the strongest market edge in the industry.  I know it because I studied and continue to survey brands in the industry.  There are too many who are transactional, vs relational.  Many brokers are not even remotely involved with their agency, they are merely a place for agents to hang their hats for low transaction fees.  Hands off real estate with high tech tools is in no way a reflection of the industry, but it is a current trend.  Intero trains and interacts with each and every agent daily, weekly, monthly and annually. It isn't an exception, it's how we rule!

 

My journey in the real estate realm began decades ago, and as a Texas transplant in the late 80’s I have always been driven by a passion for helping individuals navigate the intricacies of property transactions. Born in Stratford, Connecticut to Italian immigrants, then schooled at University of Miami in South Florida, I intimately remember the journey to becoming a True Texan!  I've lived in Round Rock, Central, South, and Northwest Austin!  Throughout the years, I've honed my skills, staying attuned to the ever-evolving dynamics of the local Austin Round Rock MSA. When I began, Austin had a population of 500,000.  Austin Metro shows a population of 2.28M 

 

Recognizing that a home is one of your greatest investments, I take pride in delicately handling the process.
