About Nathan

I was born in Glendale, California and moved to the Carson Valley in 1977 where I attended elementary, middle and high school in Douglas County.  I graduated from WNC with a degree in Criminal Justice. I married my high school sweetheart in 1993 and together we raised three children here in the Minden / Gardnerville area.  I spent many years coaching my children in Litte League. AYSO, flag football and recreational basketball. 

 

In February of 2022, I retired as an Investigator from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office where I served the community for 27 years.


             After spending a year in retirement, I decided that I wanted to continue to serve the community in a different capacity.  I believe my negotiation experience, from when I was president of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Protective Association, will come in handy as I negotiate a great deal for my clients.  I look forward to helping individuals, families and my fellow first responders create generational wealth through the acquisition of real estate. My knowledge of the numerous communities of Northern Nevada will benefit my clients as I guide them throughout the buying or selling process.
