"All I can say is, bottom line, Don gets the job done. He was able to sell our home and get the home we wanted within one month of each other. There were so many variables that could've gone wrong, but they did not.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of service, especially with Don's ability to get the home we wanted for us, in a challenging market. There were many offers on the table, and he knew the market so well that his recommended offer we made to the sellers was accepted over the others. We got the very first home we made a bid on...thanks to Don's substantial abilities in real estate.

We know that had we had a different realtor that was not as great at his/her job-- things most likely would not have gone as well as they did. We highly recommend Don. He's professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a great negotiator."

"Don did an incredible job as our agent.We had several complex issues regarding home improvements, remodeling, structural issues etc. Don researched every issue in a thorough and timely manner. We even had a drainage issue that came up with a neighbor 9 months after closing. I contacted Don, and he spent several weeks researching the issue with the local municipality. He was able to resolve the issue to mutual satisfaction in a fact-based manner. We highly recommend Don and his services.He was a pleasure to work with!"

"Don is an excellent realtor. I had the pleasure of receiving his service for the purchase of my first ever home in Gilroy. He gave me an excellent service. Here are some key highlights:- He helped me tremendously during my search phase. As a first-time buyer, I had njo clue where to start. Thanks to Don, I was able to locate the house I wanted within a week.- He negotiated the price even without me asking and managed to reduce the price by a significant margin. - He guided me with the loan process and made sure that I was not signing up for a bad deal.- He even accompanied me to the title company for signing just to make sure that we were not signing something that we did not want.He always showed keen interest in every aspect of the home buying process. He always jumped in to make sure I had the best deals, even when I did not ask. On the other hand, he knew how t to respect the client's privacy and always knew when to not intervene which I found extremely professional. Even after the deal was closed, he kept helping me with landscaping and other post-purchase proceedings.Last but not the least, Don has a great knowledge about Gilroy, Morgan Hill and the surrounding area.
